Our Policy

APPOINTMENTS

* A 30% Non-Refundable deposit is required for appointment booking. We recognize the time of our clients and beauticians are valuable. The appointment is specially reserved for you, when you miss an appointment with us, we not only loss your business but the potential of another clients that can have scheduled an apointment of the same time.
We understand unforseeable events can occur and schedule adjustments are necessary. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we request at least a 24 hours notice prior for rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment. If rescheduling/cancellation failed to request within the 24 hours window, the 30% deposit will be forfeited. This also applies to "NO SHOW".

ARRIVALS

We ask all clients to arrive 5-10 minutes before their scheduled appointments. We strictly observe our appointment schedule for all of our clients to ensure no wait time upon arrival. Punctuality is important for all clients to adhere to as appointed service schedule is tailored to your service time. If you arrived late your service time will be shortened, please be on time to get the most of your treatments.

PAYMENT POLICY

All service bookings require a valid credit card. Full payments is due upon time of service, we accept cash and all valid credit and debit cards. Contactless payments are also available using Apply Pay and Android Pay.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY

Gift certificates can be purchased at our beauty center.
Certificates are non-refundable nor redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced certificates.
